Fireside Football is a card game that can be played face-to-face in about half an hour
to play a full season of football between a few teams. The postal game takes a little
longer, but the aim is the same, to have the most points at the end of the season. The
first game was started before the game was published and used the working title of the
game, which was the United Card Game. This game was designed as a simplified version of a
postal game called United, where players manage a football team in much more detail.
Fireside Football was designed by Alan Parr and published by Gibson Games.
