Industrial Waste is a resource management game where the players where the players are
owners/managers of companies that are competing in a world where profit, innovation and
environment must be balances to be considered successful. The players must decide when and
where to invest in innovation, manpower, raw materials and waste reduction. Innovation in
manpower lets a company produces goods with fewer people, innovation in raw materials lets
a company produce goods with fewer raw materials, and innovation in waster reduction lets
a company produce goods with less waste. The first two allow the company to be more
efficient while the latter allows a company to be more friendly to the environment.
Industrial Waste was designed by Jürgen Strohm and published by Hans im Glück (German edition) and Rio Grande Games (English
edition).
